Terms of use: Pre-registration

1. Purpose
These terms govern pre-registration to MindGate and the delivery of the "MindGate Premium" reward. By pre-registering, you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
Pre-registration is open to people at least 13 years old with a valid Google Play or App Store account in a country where MindGate is distributed.
3. Premium reward
Pre-registered users will receive MindGate Premium for free at launch. Premium includes:
- Expert difficulty (level 5), with a clamp in QuizViewModel for non-Premium users.
- Manual focus mode: an unbreakable wall on selected apps until a chosen timestamp.
- Scheduled focus: recurring focus hours you can set and forget.
- Per-app custom quizzes, with app-level overrides via the app_quiz_overrides preference.
The reward is personal, non-transferable and has no monetary value.
4. Reward delivery
The reward is automatically activated on the account used for pre-registration the first time the app is opened after release. No code or extra action is required.
5. Personal data
Information related to pre-registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation and changes
MindGate reserves the right to modify or cancel the pre-registration campaign and associated reward at any time, in particular in case of fraud, abuse or technical constraint. Pre-registered users will be informed of any significant change.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
